Product Returns

If you have received a different product to the one that you ordered, please complete the Product Returns Form, explaining the situation. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product and exchange it for the right one. In this instance we would refund the cost of postage for returning the incorrect product.

NB: All product returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery.

If you have ordered a product and realise that you have ordered the wrong one or have simply changed your mind, please complete the Product Returns Form, explaining the situation.

Please be aware that in this scenario we can only accept a product return providing the seals on the bottle cap remain unbroken.

If you receive a broken product please complete the Product Returns Form, explaining the situation. Please be as descriptive as possible outlining the exact condition of the product and packaging, a member of our customer support team will contact you to resolve the issue. A photograph of the product and delivery packaging will be requested during this process.

In order to process a product return request, the request must be made within 14 days of the date the products were delivered to you. Requests can be made using the Product Returns Form.

Our customer support team are only able to process refunds to the payment method used when placing the order linked to the refund.

Once a product has been unsealed (removal of the shrink wrap around the bottle cap) we are unable to accept a return request.
